Design rhymes with Italy! Adriano Baldanzi and Alessandro Novelli, born and bred in Tuscany, know this all too well! After graduating in Industrial Design at ISIA in Florence they embarked on a design adventure that has led them to be considered amongst the best Italian designers in the seating and office furniture sector, and not only. In fact, 30 years of experience have enabled them to develop a great design culture and a thorough understanding of the technology available and the real demands of the different markets, to the point that they are considered more partners than designers by the companies that choose them. This approach has always been in their DNA: their career took off after having founded and developed the company Casamania in the early eighties, which was later sold to Frezza, a prestigious Italian brand. They then devoted themselves to their true vocation: design. Their career encompasses some emblematic geographical milestones: working first in a small but very demanding Italy, then in Europe, they are now in demand all over the world. Their homeland is a source of constant inspiration and their international experiences offer constant enrichment.

Dopo una laurea in Disegno Industriale all’ISIA di Firenze, è partita la loro avventura progettuale che li ha portati ad essere considerati tra i migliori designer italiani nel settore delle sedute e dell’arredamento per ufficio, ma non solo. Infatti, 30 anni di esperienza hanno consentito di maturare una grande cultura del progetto, una profonda conoscenza della tecnologia disponibile e delle reali richieste dei diversi mercati, al punto da essere considerati più partner che designer dalle aziende che li scelgono. Questo approccio è sempre stato parte del loro dna: la loro carriera ha infatti preso il volo dopo aver fondato e sviluppato, nei primi anni ottanta, l'azienda Casamania in seguito ceduta a Frezza, prestigioso marchio italiano, per poi dedicarsi completamente alla loro vera vocazione: la progettazione. La loro carriera conosce tappe geografiche emblematiche: lavorando prima nella sola piccola ma esigentissima Italia, poi in Europa, sono oggi richiesti in tutto il mondo. La loro terra è frutto di continua ispirazione, le esperienze internazionali di arricchimento costante.
