卡梅伦•麦克弗森是全球卡尔森酒店亚太地区设计与建设部副总裁。他负责监管新建和现有的酒店项目规划，包括设计理念的开发、机械和电气设计、施工进程以及其它相关的技术服务。在招待行业有着超过二十五年的工作经验，卡梅伦领导团队在酒店的经营前设计和施工、新建和翻新酒店的管理、设计管理、IT管理、项目管理以及酒店开发方面承担着重要角色。卡梅伦在2005年于新加坡加入卡尔森之前，在东南亚地区生活和工作过十六年，在夏威夷和巴哈马地区工作过三年。在该期间，他为创意翻新集团工作，担任项目经理（Radisson Kauai 海滩度假区和皇家绿洲度假区）、邦典滨海综合开发项目（Pontiac Marina）的设计经理（新加坡丽嘉登美年达酒店、千禧大厦、千禧步行零售街以及港丽—设计协调、业主代表以及现场监督）、以及技术服务主管，同时还担任过Signature酒店的酒店管理人员、李德资产集团的开发经理，该职位负责发起两个公寓开发项目和以及Ramada酒店，并开发规划、以及担任CBM管理层的管理主管，该公司是专注于酒店和度假区开发的开发管理和项目管理公司。

他现在已婚，有三个女儿和一个儿子。

Cameron McPherson is the vice president, Design & Construction, for Carlson Hotels Worldwide - Asia Pacific. He is responsible for overseeing new and existing hotels' project planning, including designing concept development, mechanical and electrical design,construction progress, and other related technical services.With more than 25 years experience in hospitality, Cameron plays a vital role in leading the team in pre-opening design and construction of hotels, management of new and renovation properties, design management, IT management, project management and hotel development. Cameron spent 16 years living and working in the South East Asia region and three years in Hawaii and the Bahamas before joining Carlson in Singapore in 2005. During this time,he has worked with Creative Renovation Group as project manager (Radisson Kauai Beach Resort and Royal Oasis Resort), Design Manager for Pontiac Marina (Ritz-Carlton Millennia Singapore, Millennium Tower, Millennium Walk retail and Conrad Centennial – design coordination, owner's representative and site review), Director of Technical Services as well as hotel management for Signature Hotels, Development Manager with Reed Property Group responsible for initiating and development planning for 2 condominium developments and a Ramada hotel, and Managing Director of CBM Management a development management and project management company specializing in hotel and resort development. Cameron graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management from Queensland Institute of Technology, Australia and a Bachelor of Interior Design from Seven Hills Arts College, Australia.He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Furniture Design from Seven Hills Arts College and an Advanced Diploma in Hotel Administration and F&B Management from Hospitality 2000 College, Australia.

He is married with three daughters and a son.
