个人介绍：
我是一家有1600多名员工的设计公司董事，也是一名建筑师，设计过大量的建筑，其中最具影响的是奥运会的游泳馆 “水立方”。 目前，公司正在快速发展并在业界内越来越有影响力。作为建筑设计师，我相信创作是把艺术从心灵中释放。心灵的美丽来自于无私、利他以及爱这样的人类情感，而当这些美好的情感自然地渗透到作品和工作过程中时，所产生的能量足以营造
共赢与快乐的融洽。
关于成功，我理解应该坦然对待，把成功的满足感觉从潜意识中清除出去，用乐趣去填补。现在的目标有两个，一是把企业做成一个非常有价值有规模的公司通过努力促进行业的进步，为从事建筑设计的设计师们提供良好的发展平台。个人目标，我追求一种祥和、平静的心境，进一步修炼自己，乐人乐己，既可以随时激情勃发，率性而至，又可以真实理智，脚踏实地。
主要作品：
1. 2004 北京2008奥林匹克运动会游泳馆（国家游泳中心, 水立方），80000m2；
“水立方”位于北京奥林匹克公园内，与中轴线另一侧的国家体育场遥相呼应、相得益彰，以和谐的面貌把主场区的气氛推向了高潮。其功能完全满足2008年奥运会游泳、跳水、花样游泳、水球等赛事的要求，可容纳座席1.7万个，且易于赛后运营。赛后它将成为北京最大的、具有国际先进水平的多功能游泳、运动、健身、休闲中心，成为奥林匹克运动留给北京的宝贵遗产和北京城市建设的新亮点。
2. 2006 济南奥林匹克体育中心 ；
3. 1998 中国高新技术成果交易会展览中心，51000m2；该项目位于深圳新中心区的重要地段，处于深南大道与益田路交口，未来市中心市民广场的西侧。展馆的东、南两个方向是城市景观的重要组成部分。这原本是一个临时性的会展建筑，但却因设计师的良苦用心，不仅使之成为深圳市的一个终于景点，还确实发挥了其高能地社会效益。
考虑到工期和造价的限制， 会展中心的平面组合采用简单分散的布局形式。不断重复的方形元素构成了主馆和三个副馆，再通过中间公共空间的联系，在东南角形成一个弧形的副馆。这种基本构图元素的重复加局部变异的手法，有助于在大范围俄i采用普通的技术措施以降低造价，又可以在点睛之处作更好的修饰。
4. 1997 深圳江苏大厦，88000m2；江苏大厦位于深圳市中心区，东邻市民中心，南接高交会展览中心，西连黄埔雅苑，北望莲花山，是深圳市中心区中轴线西区的建筑制高点。大厦具备写字办公、公寓及商业三大功能。
5. 2002 深圳地铁总部大厦，87000m2；
6. 1998 深圳碧云天，51000m2；建筑既具传统的岭南风格，有不失现代感的立面是该项目整个设计的重点。建筑显得灵巧通透，建筑中段的退台处理，用坡屋顶上下衔接，赋予建筑以变化和活性。窗和阳台上的花槽不仅具有美化立面的功能，同时也是很好的防嘈声措施；植物和墙面凸出物能有效地吸收和防挡噪声。另外，立面上的中国古典建筑窗格纹样的漏窗花格，其实是建筑师精心设计的防盗措施，既美观又实用。
7. 2001 深圳中国联通大厦，39000m2；

9. 2002 深圳安柏丽晶，125000m2；该项目位于深圳市福田区深南大道北侧，东侧为深圳市中心区，南面隔深南大道为高尔夫球场，西北方向为香蜜湖渡假村。建筑高耸挺拔，色泽鲜艳，在深南大道东西方向形成良好的视觉景观。住宅及办公入口置于用地的东南角。与城市绿化公园一体化设计的入口，给人一种舒适归家的

感觉。居住会所位于基地南侧，与北面向外开放的商业设施分隔开。会所环境优雅，多处采用欧式古典建筑的元素，两层高的底层柱廊营造出宏伟的气势。在这里既可沐浴充沛的日光，又可观望庭院、泳池、庭院绿化尽收眼底。建筑立面造型凸凹有致，节奏韵律感强，淡绿色的凸窗、内凹的阳台、橙黄的墙壁之间形成丰富的虚实变化，淡绿与橙黄的色调交相辉映，加之大厦红色的坡屋顶，使安柏丽晶成为深南大道上一抹亮丽的色彩。

赵小钧，毕业于天津大学建筑系，国家一级注册建筑师。曾在山东省建筑设计院、深圳福田建筑设计院任建筑师。1994
年创立中建国际（深圳）设计顾问有限公司（CCDI集团前身），担任公司董事，后任总经理，目前公司拥有员工1600人，并在深圳、北京、上海、成都和美国各地分设机构。2004年，赵小均出任北京2008奥林匹克运动会国家游泳馆项目的总设计师，并逐步树立起针对各类型体育场馆的设计
和建筑之赛后经营等课题的专家型背景。公司在这几年一直处于此行业的领先地位并先后赢得，北京2008奥林匹克其他各项体育场馆、深圳、济南等地的重大体育赛事之场馆的设计工作。
赵小均，在2006年的年度十大英才中获得建筑英才荣誉称号。目前他担任广东省注册建筑师协会理事、深圳市规划学会理事、世界华人建筑师协会创会会员、<<时代建筑>>理事、<<城市环境设计>>理事等社会职务。

Personal Introduction：
I am a board member of design firm that employs 1600
staffs. I am an architect who designed many buildings. One
of the most famous buildings is the National Swimming
Center ("The Watercube") for 2008 Beijing Olympic Game.
Currently the firm is growing rapidly and is becoming
more influential in the industry. As an architect, I believe
every design is a process of spiritual liberation. Spiritual
aesthetics originates from common human emotions, such
as selflessness, altruism, and love. When these emotions
naturally seep to the works and in the work processes, they
can generate the energy that is powerful enough to achieve
joyful harmony.
Success to me is more of a feeling of joy than an
achievement. I have two goals. The first is to build a
valuable firm that reaches the critical mass. So it can
contribute to the growth of whole industry on one hand, at
the same time to provide a powerful platform for individual
architects to develop their career. The second goal is my
personal goal. I want to pursue an auspicious and tranquil
mood, in which I can maintain enthusiasm with passion and
forthrightness with conscientiousness.
Major works:
1. Beijing 2008 Olympic Game, Swimming Stadium
(National Swimming Center，"Water Cube"), 80,000 m2
"Water Cube" is located in the Olympic park of Beijing with
total gross floor area of 65-80thousand sm. It echoes with
National Stadium in a far distance at the other side of the
axis, complementing the climax of the atmosphere in the
main area. The building can satisfy all of the requirements
by the matches of Swimming, Diving, Water ballet, Water
polo, etc in 2008 Olympic Games with 1.7 seats. Once the
Games are over, it also can be easily operated and turned
into the biggest swimming, sports, healthy care and leisure
center with advanced international standard multi-functions
in Beijing and a worthy legacy of the spirit of the Games and
the new highlight of Beijing urban construction.
2. Jinan, Olympic Sports Center
3. China Hi-Tech Convention & Exhibition Center
(CHTFEC), 51,000 m2
The Hi-Tech Convention & Exhibition Center is located in
the new central part of Shenzhen which is the conjunction of
Shennan Road and Yitian Road and to the west of the future
Citizen Square. The eastern an western directions of the
Centre are the important parts of landscapes in Shenzhen
now. This was a temporary Exhibition architecture before,
however, with the painstaking work of the designers, it has
become not only an important scenic spot but a location of
good social benefits.
With the limitation of the time and cost, the Centre adopts
a simple decentralized plane and a square element which
constructed the main hall and the three other auxiliary
halls is introduced repeatedly. Through the connection of
the central public space, another auxiliary curved lobby
is formed in the southeast corner. The application of such
technique using the basic constructive elements repeatedly
with a variation in partial design can reduce the cost with the
large-scale utilization of common techniques, at the same
time a better decoration can make the better finishing point.
4. Shenzhen Jiangsu Building, 88,000 m2
Jiangsu building is located in the CBD of Shenzhen, with
Shenzhen Citizen Center to its east, Shenzhen High-tech
Convention & Exhibition Center to its south, Le PARC to its
west and Lotus Flower (Lianhua) Mountain to its north, as
the west commanding height in the central axis of downtown
Shenzhen, serving office, apartment and commercial space
and facilities.
5. Shenzhen Metro HQ Building, 87,000 m2
6. Shenzhen Biyuntian Residences, 51,000 m2
The major features of this project lie in its traditional
Guangdong style as well as the modern three-dimensional
frame. The building appears flexible, exquisite and
transparent with recessing platform in the middle section
of the building, the up and down parts connected by the
sloping roofs to make the building full of changes and vigor.
The flower slots on the windows and balconies not only
beautify the vertical side of building, but also act as noise
proof facilities. The plants and the protruding objects on
the walls can absorb and subdue noise. In addition, the
hollow-out window frame patterns in the style of classic
Chinese buildings in the vertical side of building actually are
burglarproof facilities delicately designed by the architects.
They are good-looking and practical.
7. Shenzhen China Unicom HQ, 39,000 m2

The building is located at the north of Shennan Avenue in
Futian District, Shenzhen, with Shenzhen Downtown to its
east, a golf course to its south across the Shennan Avenue
and Xiangmihu Holiday Village to its northwest. This high
and straight building group with bright colors has become
an outstanding visual sight in the east-west stretch section
of Shennan Avenue.
The entrance for the living quarter and offices is put in the
southeast corner of the land adjacent to the City Forest
Park, creating a comfortable feeling of “going home”.
A club is situated at the south corner, separated from
the business facilities open to the north, with graceful
environment, elements of the classic buildings in European
style and the majestic bearing created by the porch pillars
in the first two floors. Here people can enjoy the sufficient
sunshine, view the golf courts, swimming pool and green
gardens at the courtyards.
The building characterizes the well-proportioned vertical
structure, strong rhythm, light green protruding windows and
inflexed balconies and orange walls to create the changes
from the imagination and reality. The mutual reflection of
light green and orange as well as the red ramp roof make
the housing estate an eye-catching sight at Shennan
Avenue.
