development set across a 42 hectare site on a Hainan
Island, China. The scheme proposes a range of high
quality resort lifestyle residential buildings within tropical
landscaped hillside site integrating ESD principles into all

units built on a harbour side. The design is founded upon
ESD principles such as orientation of major forms to

than 520 apartments across 6 sites. With a mixed group of
